Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ:

Greetings from Torrance, CA., our particular corner of the world, where we fellow believers pray for strength and guidance to help our neighbors here or down the street and indeed the world over, to recognize and receive the Lord Jesus Christ, Savior and Sovereign for all Eternity.

We are Jesus Saved Me, a Christian Ministry, new by some standards. Our message and mission are more than 2,000 years old. Thank you for prayers, fellowship, support and encouragement in our mutual mission to spread the message of Salvation, Forgiveness, a
State of Grace in this world, and a rightful place in that world to come.

We are guaranteed these gifts and blessings of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost. The Trinity is our ultimate hope, healer and authority over wayward, sometimes-wanton but redeemable mankind. Man and womankind are redeemable, however, only until the last second of the final moment of Grace as foretold in Scripture. We who are engaged in this evangelism to reach and teach lost sinners and save souls have a time-line to meet. We believe in the Bible as true doctrine, the Alpha and Omega, Beginning and End of the cycle that began with Creation.

Thanks to the Internet, we can reach all corners of the world in moments. A century ago, Christians rejoiced at published reports from missionaries posted to Africa and Asia, reachable only by long voyages and wilderness treks taking weeks. Today we can turn on TV and witness them working in foreign mission fields, in real time, save for a momentary transmission link lapse.

Still, we must regard and remember the couple next door who may jpretend to show the world a Happy Face, to hide his affairs, her drinking problem, and anxiety over mortgage payments past due and other unshared woes. All Mankind needs Jesus, those folks and their children next door as well as those in primitive conditions and native dress 10,000 miles away.

In Shanghai, People's Republic of China, for example, a laborer in ragged dungarees could feed his entire family for part of a week on the $3 a businessman in tailored silk suit pays for a fancy coffee drink in the neighorhood where they live only blocks apart. Salvation is free, but delivering the news and instructions for achieving and receiving it takes
money. Remember the biblical instruction that one may not muzzle the ox threshing, winnowing and grinding corn kernels. For they require sustenance too, for their humble part in the work of the harvest.
